How many USERS do I need?

You need a User Login for each person in your office that needs access to OSYS Shine. Enter the number of Users you have in the box to the left. Sharing User Logins is not permitted.

What do you mean by NO LIMITS?

No Limits means you can load as many contacts and customers as you want. No Limits means NO UPCHARGES for email volume. No Limits means you are free to focus on building your business.

How will I get billed?

At the conclusion of your 30 Day Free Trial, your credit card will be billed in accordance with userfiles/services-agreement-terms.pdfour Terms and Conditions. You can cancel anytime by sending an email to support@envala.com.

What browsers do you support?

All OSYS™ tools are hosted solutions giving you access to them from any computer with an internet connection. For best results we recommend using IE7.

What if I require support?

You new OSYS™ tools are loaded with helpful tutorials and our friendly support staff is happy to help you get up and rolling inside the system.

What if the OSYS™ system isn't a good solution for me?

You get you first 30 days in the system FREE. If you decide the tools are not right for your business simply cancel your subscription and we will not bill you.

Are OSYS™ tools secure?

Data Centers: Our facilities are engineered with five levels of security.

Level 1: Proximity card access with PIN is required to enter the building.
Level 2: Proximity card access with biometric (fingerprint) scan is required to enter the data center.
Level 3: All hardware is secured in a locked cage or steal mesh cabinets fitted with combination locks.
Level 4: Video surveillance cameras are placed throughout the facility and monitored by on-site staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Level 5: Strategically placed vibration detection devices alert security personnel of any motion.
